Tekapo Yarn is named after a breath-takingly beautiful lake not far from Ashburton where Ashford Handicrafts is located. It is the perfect name for this range of yarn with its special landscape shades. Now it's easy to find those elusive colours you've been looking for.

Tekapo Yarn produces fantastic results with many different pattern types. This lofty yarn doesn't pill so your finished garment will stay looking great for a long time. 100% pure New Zealand wool (Corriedale), Tekapo can be knit at 4.5-5 sts per inch. It is available in 100 gram balls and also on 500 gram cones for your convenience.
