This kit was designed by award-winning artist/feltmaker, Sharon Costello.
Needle Felting is a sculptural technique in which wool fleece is shaped
using a felting needle (a slender barbed needle about 5" long). As you
can see by our wizard pictured here, intricate shapes, such as facial
features, are possible with the needle felting technique. The magical
wizard you can make with this kit will be 14" to 16" high. Everything
you need is in the kit - no water is required as in other forms of feltmaking.
